Job description

Position: Pre-Primary / Primary Teacher
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1-3 Years
Qualification: B.Ed / Any Graduation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for Pre-Primary students following the Cambridge Curriculum.
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
  • Organize classroom activities, storytelling sessions, and creative learning exercises.
  • Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene within the classroom.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and the school management to enhance curriculum delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles.
  • Ability to design and implement creative, interactive lesson plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
  • Familiarity with Cambridge International Early Years Standards is preferred.
  • Teamwork and collaboration with peers and parents.
